One vendor. Every property. Always compliant.

If you manage more than one location — a portfolio of buildings, a chain of stores, multiple franchises, or a property-management book — you don't need extinguisher service to be one of the things you have to chase. We schedule it, do it, document it, and remind you before the next cycle.

Single point of contact

Who this is for

  • Property management companies running multiple commercial or multi-family buildings
  • Restaurant groups and franchise operators with several Long Island locations
  • Retail chains with regional Nassau County footprints
  • Real-estate investors managing a portfolio directly
  • Operations & facilities managers at companies with multiple offices, warehouses, or sites
  • School districts and houses of worship with several campuses or buildings
The hidden cost of fragmented vendors. When each property has its own extinguisher vendor (or worse, no vendor), inspection dates drift, paperwork lives in different inboxes, and the expired tag always shows up on the property where the marshal happens to walk in. One vendor, one schedule, one file.

How portfolio service works

1. Onboarding walk-through

For each property, we do a free initial walkthrough — count and identify every extinguisher, capture manufacture and last-test dates, photograph mounting and signage, and build a single inventory file you'll have access to.

2. Master schedule

We build a master schedule keyed to each property's annual inspection date, plus the 6-year and 12-year service due dates for individual units. You'll know what's happening when, months in advance.

3. Coordinated visits

For nearby properties, we batch visits to keep your costs down. For shift-sensitive locations (restaurants, retail), we work around your operating hours. You don't have to coordinate access for each property — give us a contact and we handle it.

4. One report, one invoice

After each cycle, you get a single consolidated report — every property, every extinguisher, every status — and one invoice instead of a dozen. Your accounting team will thank you.

5. Reminders before expiry

30, 60, or 90 days before each property's annual is due, we reach out. Nothing slips through the cracks because someone changed jobs or a property changed managers.

What you avoid by consolidating

  • Tracking renewal dates across multiple vendor portals or spreadsheets
  • Re-explaining your portfolio to a new sales rep every year
  • Inconsistent service quality between properties
  • Paying premium per-visit pricing on small jobs
  • The "which property has the violation?" surprise
  • Last-minute inspection-prep scrambles when a fire marshal schedules a visit
Volume pricing. Portfolio clients get tiered per-extinguisher pricing — the more units across the portfolio, the lower the per-unit cost. Send us a property list and we'll quote it.

What we need from you

  • A list of properties (addresses, basic occupancy types)
  • One primary point of contact, plus a per-site access contact (super, manager, owner)
  • Any existing inspection records, if you have them — saves time but not required

That's it. We handle scheduling, on-site service, documentation, and reminders.
